We are now looking for an
**Assistant Centre Manager **to be part of this journey at our
**Schofields Lillyana St Centre**.

**What will you do?**

This position is a dual leadership role, whereby you choose between being the Assistant Centre Manager and Nursery room leader
**or** Assistant Centre Manager and Assistant Educator in the pre-school room.

You will be given time off the floor to perform admin and assistant management duties, such as rostering, payroll, interviewing, improvement plans etc etc.

This is a great way to continue loving what you do as an Educator and learning the ropes of Management. We will take you on a clearly defined career path from Educator to future leader.

So bring your passion for developing and working with children and work along side a team of dedicated teachers, educators and assistants to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Dedication towards the learning and development of children
- Leadership skills and the ability to build rapport with the team
- Experience managing, coaching and developing employees with a positive outcome.
- May hold a Bachelor degree, or hold a Diploma or equivalent experience
- Current NSW Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain), First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma Management and Child Protection Certificate.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (or willingness to obtain).
- Someone who understands this is a rotating roster on a full-time basis
