As a Receptionist / Team Assistant this role will see you manage front of house, whilst supporting with various administrative tasks. You will be working as part of a broader administrative team who will help provide guidance and support.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Answering incoming calls and client meet and greet
- Coordinating client meetings and meeting rooms
- Document control including creating written documents and presentations
- Management of client databases including updating client records
- Collect and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with events including catering and logistics
- Support with ATO and ASIC requirements
- Supporting various projects as required
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required

**Key skills required**:

- Prior experience in a reception or administrative capacity in a professional environment
- Experience with the ATO portal and ASIC is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong administrative and systems skills
- Positive attitude and team player
