**Responsibilities**:

- Work on Industrial, Commercial and Residential building projects.
- Immediate start.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:

- Some 2D AutoCAD experience and/or 3D Tekla experience.
- Some experience in concrete panel detailing is preferred but not required.
- An educational and/or work background in the building industry.
- The ability to visualise in 3D from 2D drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and possess a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic.

Tasks would entail:

- Reading and understanding architectural and structural engineering plans.
- Drawing concrete wall panel layout plans, panel elevations and individual wall panel drawings for concreter use on site.
- Liaising with concreters, builders, architects, engineers and structural steel detailers.
- Visiting job sites.

Willing to train those with no concrete panel detailing experience. Ideal for drafting and engineering students or new graduates.
