**About the role**:
We’re working with one of Australias leading port logistics and infrastructure providers; employing nearly 1,000 skilled operators nationally, they are a values driven organisation with a mission to be specialists in stevedoring, berth operations and management, infrastructure and warehousing.

Based amongst the container terminals of North Fremantle, the role of Training Coordinator will be pivotal in updating and improve our client's training system, ensuring compliance and maintaining an up-to-date skills/training register across all sites in WA. Key responsibilities include:

- Drive training compliance by updating and enhancing the training system.
- Coordinate employee training and qualifications and plan assessment activities accordingly.
- Arrange third-party training sessions for specific skills such as dogging, rigging, and crane operation.
- Perform data entry tasks in Excel.
- Manage qualifications with critical expiration dates to ensure continuous employee availability.
- Maintain precise records and ensure compliance with training administration standards.

**This role will work Monday to Friday and while it will commence on a casual basis (can expect full time hours) there is scope for this newly created role to go permanent full time.**
