**Your Role**:
As a **Property Consultant**, you will:

- Provide expert property **advice**.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using **Mandarin** or **Hindi**.
- Engage with clients using **social media platforms** like **Facebook and Instagram**.
- Guide clients through the end-to-end property buying process.
- Meet and exceed **personal sales targets** while delivering **exceptional service**.
- Receive **comprehensive training** on Australian property knowledge, sales techniques, and social media strategies.

**What We Look For**:

- **Fluent in Mandarin or Hindi**.
- **Previous sales experience required**, preferably in **real estate or related industries**.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, client-first attitude.
- Confident using social media to build personal brand and generate leads.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to develop a successful sales career.
- Valid real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain, training provided).
- International students are accepted and internship opportunities can be provided.
