**About Our Client**:
Here are some key duties you will be handling:Receive inbound calls and establish strong customer relationships: Your friendly demeanor and communication skills will help you build effective customer relationships, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and feel valued at all times.

Address customer needs and sales opportunities: By understanding our customer's business requirements, you will be able to address any issues and identify potential sales opportunities. Your proactive approach will contribute to our overall success.

Manage customer complaints: Handling customer complaints promptly and effectively is crucial. Your focus will be on resolving any issues to exceed customer expectations, fostering their loyalty and satisfaction.

Collaborate with the Field Sales Representative (FSR): If a sales opportunity cannot be progressed over the phone, you will ensure a smooth transition to our FSR. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating the handover and maximising potential sales for new or existing business.

Initiate outgoing customer calls: You will proactively reach out to prospective clients, aiming to establish qualified appointments for our field sales team. Your confident and engaging communication style will help create new opportunities for our organisation.

Provide sales support and prospecting opportunities: Working closely with our field sales team, you will assist in data gathering and follow-up activities. Your attention to detail and MS Office proficiency will be instrumental in supporting our sales efforts.

**The Successful Applicant**:
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry and analysis

Customer-first mentality, always prioritising their needs and satisfaction

Previous experience in customer service, operations, or sales

Manufacturing background (desired but not required)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
