Skilled Tradesperson

**About the Role**:
This is not your average labouring job. As a key member of our production and operations teams, you’ll rotate fluidly between our carpentry, welding, and installation departments, playing a hands-on role in the fabrication and delivery of unique staging products for a wide range of events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate and assemble products using timber, ACP, acrylic, alloy, and steel
- Collaborate with carpentry, welding, and installation teams to deliver projects from small private functions to large-scale productions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace, including warehouse, tools, and machinery
- Comply with all company policies and WHS requirements
- Foster a positive, high-performance team culture

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- CNC operation (preferrable)
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the events industry, or in a role combining creativity, physical work, and customer service, is a plus
- White Card (mandatory) and steel-capped boots (mandatory)
- Current driver’s license advantageous

**What We Offer**:

- Full-time, 38-hour work week, with overtime available as required
- All tools and PPE provided (except steel-capped boots)

**Salary Guide**:
$34 - $39/hr
