**Produce Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the produce department, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising.
- Maintain high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation for all produce items.
- Train, motivate, and lead a team of produce associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximise profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with support office and suppliers to source the best produce for your customers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards at all times.

**Your Skillset**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the supermarket industry, with a strong focus on produce management.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of coaching and developing teams.
- Deep knowledge of produce varieties, seasonality, and quality standards.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
