**Job Description**:
Based in Brisbane CBD, we are currently seeking Customer Service Officers to join a fast-paced environment providing exceptional customer service. Handling a diverse range of customer enquiries, this role requires customer focused individuals with a want to help others.

**Key Role Details**:

- Hourly rate of $26.77 + Super
- Up to $480 based on performance incentives
- Training must be attended full time for 4 weeks and minimum of 30 hours per week afterwards
- Monday to Friday rotating roster of 7am - 8pm. No weekends
- Centrally located in the heart of Brisbane, 100 metres from Central Station

**Role Duties**:
You will support our valued customers with their account enquiries. You will be the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries and will provide a refreshing and positive experience every time.

**Who are you?**

You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. No call centre experience necessary but customer service skills are a must
- Must be an **Australian Citizen** and at least **18 years of age**:

- Eager to work towards goals and targets
- Confident and capable in using computers and systems
- Passionate about customer service
- Keen to learn new skills and refine existing ones too
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
