As a CSW, you will engage with clients in various settings, including independent work or alongside colleagues. - Participate in client handovers and reviews, effectively communicating client needs and issues.
- Facilitate group activities aimed at enhancing clients’ skills and promoting engagement.
- Perform administrative duties, including answering calls, triaging client requests, and managing maintenance requests.
- Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces and assist with food handling and preparation as needed.
**Skills and Experiences**:

To thrive in the role of Community Service Worker (CSW), you will bring a strong combination of relevant qualifications, hands-on experience, and a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable clients. Your background will include extensive work with individuals facing complex challenges, particularly women from diverse backgrounds. You'll possess a solid understanding of mental health issues and the principles of trauma-informed care, along with essential skills for crisis management and client support. Your dedication to fostering a safe and respectful environment will be key to empowering clients in their journeys.
- Relevant post-secondary qualification with extensive experience in a similar role supporting vulnerable clients.

- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining professionalism and integrity
What we offer in return
- Make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable clients, empowering them to achieve their goals and improve their well-being
