**About the Position**: We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Residential Youth Workers across Northern, Western, and Southern Adelaide. As a Youth Worker, you'll have the privilege of working with resilient young individuals who have experienced trauma and neglect. Your role will be crucial in providing a safe and nurturing home environment, supporting them in their day-to-day lives, teaching practical and social skills, and being a role model in preparing them for adulthood.

**About You**: Are you ready to bring your passion and experience to the table? We're looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 6 months experience in Residential Youth Services

Demonstrates experience in supporting challenging behaviours

Holds a certificate IV in Youth Work, Child, Youth and Family Intervention, Community Services, or equivalent (or actively working towards it)

Possesses South Australian drivers license (P2) or higher

Holds a Working With Children Check

Is willing to obtain:

- Child Safe Environments (Through Their Eyes) Certificate
- A current suitable Psychological Assessment
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
