**The Role**

Leading the compliance function for the Asset Management business this is an exciting role with broad scope. The core responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures that adhere to relevant local and international regulatory requirements.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the firm
- Facilitate reporting in respect of the effectiveness of the Compliance Framework to senior management and board/committees
- Design compliance testing and surveillance activities to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Manage and supervise a team of compliance professionals, providing mentorship and guidance
- Provide compliance input to other Strategic Projects as/when required

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law or a related field
- Thorough knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to Asset Management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
