Little Genius Academy Childcare is a family-owned and operated early learning service with over a decade of experience in the early childhood sector.

**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking an experienced and inspiring Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead our Concord service.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who values strong relationships, quality practice, and a supportive work culture. You’ll work closely with a passionate team and a caring management group who value your input and leadership.

**About the Role**

As the Director, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, lead your team with confidence, and ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environment.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Leading and mentoring a team of committed educators
- Driving continuous improvement aligned with NQF and NQS
- Supporting curriculum planning and documentation based on EYLF
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, WHS, and child protection
- Building strong relationships with families and the local community
- Managing enrolments, CCS compliance, staffing, and budgets

**What We’re Looking For**
- At least 1 year of experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor
- ACECQA-approved Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Up-to-date First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training
- Excellent knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF, and childcare regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A calm, professional approach with a warm, inclusive leadership style
- Experience with A&R is highly regarded

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
