About the role

As the Cloud Administrator, you’re required to support Cloud Infrastructure and to provide technical assistance on cloud-based systems, and resolve operational problems.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Reviews system software updates and identifies those that merit action
- Tailors system software to maximise hardware functionality
- Installs and tests new versions of system software
- Investigates and coordinates the resolution of potential and actual service problems
- Prepares and maintains operational documentation for system software

**Highly desirable**:

- Demonstrated experience in performance monitoring and issue resolution including: monitoring existing cloud-based systems, identifying operational problems in Cloud Systems,

promptly resolving discovered issues, logging issues, incidents and service problems and

contributing to their resolution
- Support the operation of the Cloud support and development team through configuration of VMs and Web Applications

**Desirable**:

- Skill and experience in commercial cloud platforms and concepts
- Should have a good knowledge of Exchange, Office 365, Azure and AWS
