Here at our **Ferntree Gully**head office depot we are looking to welcome a positive, energetic kitchen hand to our friendly afternoon Production Team.

Our afternoon/night team operates on a Sunday to Thursday roster
- Shifts available from **12pm to 7pm Sunday**and **1.30pm-7.30pm Monday to Thursday**:

- Work **4-5 shifts per week**:

- **Shift length of 5-6 hours**, with some flexibility available to support work-life balance. Longer shifts will be available to those showing commitment and _**reliability**_.

You have a strong understanding of correct food handling procedures with a 'Safety First' approach always, the ability to learn quickly and work independently, while being a dedicated team player.

Please note payrate listed is for an adult 21+ years old and will be less for younger applicants.

- Cooking and mixing sushi rice
- Operating machinery such as sushi tumbler/dishwasher

To be successful in the role, you can offer the following;
- Competently (and without assistance) lift 15 - 25kg frequently
- Work in a cool room environment (below 5 degrees)
- A strong **‘can do’**attitude and team player mindset
- The ability to work under pressure, and unsupervised
- Physically capable of bending, lifting, twisting, stretching and reaching forward frequently
- Perform repetitive work while adhering to quality and safety standards
- Using equipment and tools, as well as operating machinery for preparation and processing (able to operate or exposure to packing machinery an advantage)
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment and facilities
- **Reliable**and available to work a **minimum** **4-5 shifts per week** between the hours of **12pm - 7.30pm, Sunday to Thursday**:
