Medical Receptionist

We are a privately owned Medical Centre located in Mickleham. We are passionate in providing quality health care to our patients.

Looking for a highly motivated Receptionist to join our team. The role will require you to work within a team environment and individually and must be able to work well under pressure.

Position Description:
A wonderful opportunity for a Medical receptionist who is passionate about helping others and making positive changes in their lives to join our supportive team. The position would suit someone who thrives in a busy environment. Each day will look different however this position will include:

- MUST Be Available Monday, Friday and Sunday's also to be on call.
- Being first point of contact for all our patients
*Assisting patients to make and amend bookings, general preparation and all admin duties.
- Previous Medical reception experience (highly desirable)
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Best Practice (Highly desirable)
- Ability to work in a team environment

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Patients required to wear face masks while in the clinic

**Experience**:

- Medical administration: 1 year (preferred)
