- **Your Role**

Leading a team of 5 digital specialists, this role is imperative to the management team in delivering their strategy towards continued growth.
- Providing mentoring and development to your team as well as collaborating with management, this role is responsible for developing, managing and implementing the marketing strategy for the years to come, including:
- Understanding your target audience demographic and creating strategies that resonate with them;
- Leading the planning, development and analysis of marketing programs and their performance across digital, social media, display partnerships and paid and organic search;
- Managing marketing campaigns and understanding social media platform trends;
- Developing strong relationships with internal and external partners;
- Writing and managing creative briefs for marketing channels;
- Undertaking reporting on marketing performance and managing a generous marketing budget.

- With experience in a similar role, you will be data-driven and commercially-minded with experience running national marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
