We are a leading manufacturer of large concrete structures for the civil construction industry. Our company prides itself on delivering high-quality precast products and has a strong reputation in the industry. We are located in Beaudesert, Queensland, and are seeking motivated and reliable Precast Labourers to join our team.

As a Factory Hand, you will be responsible for cutting plastic pipes, measuring cuts accurately, and working with operators to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner. You will work closely with the production team, following instructions and maintaining quality standards to ensure efficient and smooth production processes. A forklift license is highly regarded for this role, as there may be a need for occasional forklift operation.

**Requirements**:

- Assisting with the production of precast concrete elements, including pouring, finishing, and curing
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed
- Assisting with the setup and maintenance of production moulds and forms
- Ensuring work area is clean and organized
- Following all safety protocols and procedures

**Responsibilities**:

- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in a construction environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret plans
- Experience in precast or concrete work is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
