About the Role
**Suitability Assessment Criteria (Highly Desirable)**:
- Demonstrated ability & passion to work with all students to promote positive outcomes.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and families
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm in all situations
- High level attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Triage of Students in Student Services
- Answering the main school phone; triage of enquiries
- Sound knowledge of DayMap or the ability to acquire
- Sound knowledge of OneSchool or the ability to acquire
- Managing student information in OneSchool
- Filing and archiving
- Managing first aid and sick bay
- Completing WH&S reports for student injuries
- Other duties as directed by the Business Manager
**A mandatory requirement of this role is**:
- In accordance with the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 a person is prohibited from working in regulated child-related employment unless the person holds a current Working with Children Check clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
