**About the role**
To support our success we are currently seeking a Defined Benefit Specialist to join the Employer Growth team in our **Brisbane**, **Sydney** or **Melbourne** office location.
As the Defined Benefit Specialist, you will be responsible for the resolution of defined benefit data exceptions and uplift of information quality across all employers. Working with internal stakeholders, you will deliver outstanding end to end service direct to Employers via strong interpersonal communication and a technical understanding of Australian Retirement Trust products, system functions and business processes.
You will also regularly identify issues for immediate escalation and provide proactive assessment of employer needs. You will also be responsible for analysing incoming information and identifying opportunities to uplift process, technology and overall data quality.
This role is available as a **permanent** opportunity.
We're **flexible** with location provided you can attend our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office locations at least once a week.
**About you**
**To ensure success you will possess**:
- Significant and solid defined benefit superannuation experience.
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong ability to educate staff and customers in data standards and exception resolution.
- Highly developed knowledge of superannuation and/or accounting systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
