- Make a positive difference to our residents’ lives by helping support their health and wellbeing as a Volunteer. IRT volunteer program allows for more flexibility and informal interactions, personalised activities and strengthens our ability to response to individual's preferences.
- We’re looking for people that are warm, caring, compassionate and are team players who would like to volunteer in the below Care Centres and Retirement Villages;

**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- We’re looking for volunteers who are warm and caring, compassionate and are a team player, have good communication and interpersonal skills. Volunteers will need to undergo a National Criminal History Check, and attend volunteer training sessions and inductions.
