The People Advisory Chapter has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR partner with a proven background in Organisation Change to join the People Placements squad. This role will report into a Chapter Lead People Advisory.

The People Advisory Chapter is responsible for effectively partnering with Product Owners, HRBPs and Senior Business Leaders to manage and continuously improve core people process delivery across the Group.

This role will see you accountable for leading a BU/SU portfolio/s and acting as a trusted advisor for our Business leaders and HR Business Partners

**You will be responsible for**:

- Leading a portfolio for the end-to-end delivery process
- Complete end-to-end project management of people placement processes providing expert advice and guidance during the organisation design phase through to execution, all while working in an agile environment
- Lead the day to day running of your dedicated portfolio by coordinating and managing work volumes, managing resources as required and contributing to the overall people advisory chapter
- Providing a professional, consistent HR experience, guiding leaders and employees through the complexity of the redundancy, redeployment and retrenchment process.
- Providing advice and guidance to HRBPs and leaders on redeployment options, working closely with the career transition team
- Facilitation of leader briefing session to Business leaders
- Responding to timely to portfolio mailbox ; resolving complex queries, with guidance from Workplace Relations where required
- Play a leadership role in the team, guiding and coaching others through complex scenarios and large-scale changes
- Ensure compliance to HR Redundancy policy and relevant CBA & BW EAs.
- Ensuring portfolio oversight, risk monitoring and reporting
- Accountable for data accuracy and management utilising Team Form
- Anticipating and addressing operational issues and risks, to deliver a consistently high-quality service
- Contribute to the delivery of a range of continuous improvements and enhancements across the product.
- Establishing and maintaining HR Stakeholder connections with Career Centre ; Payroll ; HR Direct & Workplace Relations, HR Business Partners to resolve queries and challenges

**We’re interested in hearing from people who**:

- Have a passion for optimising the employee experience and delivery of work relating to people placement
- Ability to work within a team ; coach and guide new members and contribute to the chapter goals.
- 3-5 years general HR knowledge with exposure to org design or pace org - agile org design highly desirable.
- Bring an agile mindset and experience in executing against strategy
- Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders, building relationships and networks
- Have a learning mindset
- Have strong problem solving and execution ability
- An understanding of retrenchment and redundancy process, legislation and EA obligations
- Ability to work with autonomy and in an agile environment
