Job Description

**Your Opportunity to Join Our Team**

We are looking for **Farm Hands** to join our team at our **Asher Road farm in WA**. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in supporting farm operations, ensuring the welfare of our livestock, and maintaining high-quality production standards.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with animals, is physically fit, and can work flexibly across shifts, including weekends, as required.

**Daily Tasks**
- Ensure all livestock is treated humanely and in compliance with company standards.
- Process and inspect eggs systematically to meet quality specifications.
- Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 15kg.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Store and manage materials, equipment, and tools.
- Identify and escalate animal welfare, food safety, and quality issues.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures.
- A positive and reliable work ethic with strong teamwork skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
