The Global Returns Coordinator drives an excellent customer experience through a best practice, time-efficient returns system. Supporting our Warehouse and Stock teams, this role covers unpacking on arrival, processing internal transaction, customer communication and returns to the warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing customer returns, approving returned garment quality
- Recording return data accurately
- Communicating professionally and in a timely manner with customers regarding exchanges, credit, refunds, and product assessments
- Pick and pack, returning product to shelves and other ad hoc warehousing tasks

**Profile**:
You will have strong administrative skills, and prior experience working within administration/warehousing environments. You have excellent data entry skills, and able to respond professional and in a timely manner using your communication skills.
You are self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks, and willing to go the extra mile to exceed the customer’s expectations. You enjoy a busy environment and working within a close-knit team.
