The Animal Care Facility (ACF) team are passionate about caring for all types of companion animals and proactively promote responsible pet ownership. The team assist with the caring and adoption of all animals that come into the facility. The ACF provide dedicated resources for animal welfare and rehoming and exceptional customer service to the community.

**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a hands-on Animal Attendant Supervisor to lead the team of Animal Attendants. We are searching for a leader who will excel in the delivery of a high standard of animal welfare and care. This leader will be able to manage a dynamic team and have the ability to lead by example in positive and proactive behaviours.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in companion animal care and management or a related field, or extensive job related experience.
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Excellent conflict resolution skills and handling difficult situations
- Demonstrated ability to proactively resolve problems, whilst achieving a positive outcome for all stakeholders.
- Well developed skills in Microsoft Office Applications and computer literacy.
- Sound organisational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- Available to work weekends and public holidays on a regular basis
