First Choice Couriers are a rapidly growing Illawarra family-owned business delivering parcels and pallet freight, with a team of more than 120 dedicated team members, including staff and contractors, across depots in Unanderra, Southern Highlands and Nowra.

We are agents for some of the biggest and best Blue Chip National and International freight companies. Due to expected freight volume increases with new business, First Choice Couriers are seeking quality-driven people to help us provide the highest levels of service possible.

**Jobs available**:
**Customer Service Team Member - Full-time - Unanderra Depot**
- Handle phone and mail enquiries
- Provide assistance to customers collecting from the depot.
- Facilitate the sending of information to drivers
- Look for appropriate solutions for our customers and provide a holistic customer experience

**Christmas Casual - Unanderra Depot**
- Handle phone and mail enquiries
- Provide assistance to customers collecting from the depot.
- Facilitate the sending of information to drivers
- Look for appropriate solutions for our customers and provide a holistic customer experience

**Christmas Casual - Braemar Depot**
- Handle phone and mail enquiries
- Provide assistance to customers collecting from the depot.
- Facilitate the sending of information to drivers
- Look for appropriate solutions for our customers and provide a holistic customer experience

**The role requires**:

- Clear communication
- Being comfortable handling RF scanners
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
- These positions are available for immediate start

While experience within the transport industry would be an advantage, complete training is provided.

In addition, a criminal history check is required and a pre-employment medical is compulsory.
