Working closely with the Logistics Manager, this role will only require you to work onsite in our Chullora warehouse when needed. The duties of the role will entail:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily 3PL transactions to ensure that all required processes, including the processing of inbound shipments and outbound shipments, are completed in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, including representing the work area at internal and external meetings and conferences.
- Produce weekly KPI performance reports and implement corrective actions with 3PL partners.
- Work closely with 3PL to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers worldwide.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure that all warehouse operations are aligned with business needs and goals.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Assist in warehousing projects from business requirements gathering to the implementation phase.
- Process data to ensure accuracy between various systems.
- Perform additional duties as or assume responsibility for functions as directed from time to time.

**Key Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience in a supply-chain-related position, with a strong understanding of 3PL and global e-commerce fulfillment processes.
- **Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.**:

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated process improvement, planning, and execution skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and inventory management systems and software.
- Good problem-solving skills required in identifying/altering others to operational problems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
- A valid driver's license is essential for traveling between warehouses.
