About the Role
The Fund & Treasury Analyst is a permanent, full time role.
Reporting to the Fund Manager, you will provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting allowing Cromwell to make well-informed decisions to achieve business objectives.- Supporting the Fund Manager, and under their direction, you will be responsible for financial modelling of funds and syndicates, sensitivity analysis, and associated observations and reporting.- Strong understanding of debt and equity funding of assets, and excellent financial modelling abilities with advanced MS Excel skills.- Proactively analyse all funds, including financial modelling for acquisition analysis, divestment, sensitivity analysis on debt, equity and fund costs.- Assist in preparation of board reports, and monthly reporting at an asset and fund level.
