**How will I help?**
Joining a high calibre team of data analysts within our Financial Crime team, you will work on big-impact business projects as well as providing analytics support and data solutions for our Transaction Monitoring function.
As a Manager Financial Crime Analytics, you will be responsible for:
- Identify data requirements, develop SAS scripts and implement automated routines to transform and analyse data.
- Extract, validate, transform and load data from multiple sources for analytics
- Conduct analytics to identify patterns and characteristics for monitoring and creating detection scenarios.
- Utilise in house and vendor detection systems, analyse and propose solutions to optimise the output of these systems.
- Maintain engagement with the Financial Crime Transaction Monitoring team for continuous improvement of the system and deliverables
- Support the provisioning of data, analysis and forecasting required for improved decision making within Financial Crime Compliance and Operations.

**What do I need?**
You will have 5 to 7 years of experience in an analytical function.
You must have Advanced SAS skills and other programming skills such as SQL/R/Python/Scala. Also, you must have an understanding of analytical concepts.
