Job Opening: Support Worker - Salt Human Services

Key Responsibilities:

- In-Home Support: Assisting with home organization, light meal prep, and cleaning tasks (dusting, wiping surfaces, laundry, vacuuming, and mopping).
- Admin Tasks: Helping with basic office duties, managing daily tasks, and organization.
- Gardening: Assisting with picking vegetables.
- Exercise Support: Guiding in basic, in-home physiotherapist-prescribed exercises and stretching.
- Transport and Community Access: Driving the client to medical appointments, shopping, and community outings. (Own vehicle required)
- Overnight/Extended Trips: Providing support during occasional overnight stays away from the client’s home.

**Requirements**:

- Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Card
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
