**Opportunity**

We have an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Executive / Business Assistant to join the team at our unique Boddington minesite. In this broad role you’ll provide executive level administrative support to the General Manager and Site Leadership team of our Boddington operations.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Assisting in the coordination and proof reading of reports, presentations, and other documents ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to deadlines.
- Budget planning, expense review and payment of invoices
- Events management such as collegiate, conferences, functions and internal meetings
- Internal and External meeting planning including agenda and documentation preparation
- Providing general administrative support to the broader teams when necessary

**About You**

This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast paced environment. You will have a high standard of work ethic and confidentiality with a professional and mature disposition.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key to your success as you will be required to liaise effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, across a number of locations and time zones globally.

Previously experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Assistant or similar role, supporting executives or senior management will be essential. Mining experience will be highly regarded.
