Water Treatment Service Technician

PERSOLKELLY have an opening for a Water Treament Service Technician. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys setting their own schedule, likes a hands-on role, has mechanical aptitude, and can communicate equally with clients and colleagues.

Training will be provided, however, related industry certificates or experience is desirable.

**Location**

The location of the work site is Moura, QLD approximately 1.5-2 hr drive from Rockhampton

**The Position**
- Managing water treatment programs on water cooling/boiler towers
- Regularly visiting the site to conduct water testing and chemical management
- Carry out service work and tower cleaning
- Regular provision of reports to Management and Clients
- Mechanical-minded and good with technology understanding
- Comfortable with heights
- Can carry containers of up to 18kgs
- Love being outdoors and working with your hands
- Is a self-starter with a proven history of successful independent time management. Can work on their own or with others.
- Able to confidently communicate with customers and colleagues
- Has a current Australian driver's license with a good driving history
- Previous experience within the water treatment industry is not needed but is an advantage
- Account Management experience is not essential but is highly desirable
- Forklift license or the preparedness to get one is essential
- Certificates or degrees in a Chemistry or related science background are favourable but not essential.
