We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated strategist to be our **Strategy Lead** This role is responsible for driving Aruma Futures (our transformation agenda). Initially you will focus on our accommodation business line with a view to delivering a fit for purpose strategy and roadmap at the end of FY22. You will also contribute to the development of Aruma's broader strategy for the next 3 years and will drive the implementation of our transformation program moving forward. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a senior level and influence change in a for-purpose organisation
**What success looks like**
- Design a transformation strategy and roadmap for Home & Living options, that optimises the economics and customer experience of the Shared Living and Community business lines
- Effectively manage a transformation program of activities, drawing on resources and consulting with key stakeholders from across the business
- Identify and plan for future service models, offerings and products to meet the relevancy of customer needs and the future sustainability of Aruma
- Leveraging insights gained from the transformation program of work and from ongoing consultation across the business, contribute to the development of Aruma’s next corporate strategy
**Skills and experience that make you stand out **
- At least** 5 years’ experience in a strategist role**, ideally with experience in customer-centric transformation, service design, human-centred design or design-thinking, and customer/cohort segmentation. This is** essential**:
- Commercial and strategic acumen, and demonstrated experience with financial modelling, managing budgets, and delivering strategies
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, strategy, innovation or a related field
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing the transformation of a service or organisation, including assessing the viability of concepts
- Demonstrated ability to source and translate actionable insights into a roadmap of activity, and present a compelling case for change to key stakeholders
- Experience designing, implementing and evaluating pilots as part of a broader innovation or transformation process
- A current Australian driver’s licence and the ability to travel intra or interstate as required
