About the role
As the Stage 3 Local Subject Matter Expert (SME) you will work collaboratively with the IWFM Business Implementation Team (BIT) to support the West Moreton Health implementation of the IWFM Stage 3 deliverables. As the local Human Resources Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will provide Workforce Management (WFM) expertise, advice, and support to inform the implementation, engagement, transformational change, and solution configuration to support workforce management processes and practices. You will capitalise on your local knowledge and influence to assist both the project team and your local colleagues with understanding and adopting the practice and process changes, and solution adoption and use, central to success of the IWFM Stage 3 project.
About you
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of your local organisation, including key stakeholders and influencers, and WFM processes and practices.
- Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to initiate relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Proven analytical, conceptual, and practical workforce management expertise and a proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members.
- Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex environment.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
