**About the Role**

The role is responsible for all responding to all booking enquiries, primarilygroup reservations for trade partners and direct guests at our resort properties and parks. These booking will range from budget offerings to high-end, all-inclusive experiences.

Key responsibilities of role include
- Creating bookings in a timely and accurate manner, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high volumes of enquiries, always delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to build successful relationships with guests, trade partners, service providers and key stakeholders both internal and external to the business.
- A team player that actively contributes to the team and collaboratively works with their colleagues to complete tasks and meet goals.
- Self-motivated to develop and maintain knowledge of all properties, contracted inventory, and key trade partners.
- Confidently upselling and cross-selling inventory and properties.
- Ability to meet and exceed KPI’s and team targets.

**Skills & Experience**

To be successful in the role you will
- Previous experience working in a similar role A knowledge of the trade distribution network would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can-do attitude with the ability to use initiative
- Technologically savvy with the ability to operate multiple programs in conjunction with one another
- Experience in working towards key performance indicators
