**Your Opportunity**

As a Medical Advisor you will provide both advice on clinical decisions that require consideration by a medical practitioner but also play a key business partner role across a range of strategic initiatives that our Member Health team are exploring - which will include supporting the development of innovative models of care and services aimed at improving the health of our members.

Areas of Clinical decision include:

- Pre-existing Condition determinations
- Clinical Ex Gratia grants
- Accidents and Incidents
- Clinical review of health information content for publishing on Medibank websites

**About You**

This role suits a registered doctor who also has some exposure in a business or consulting context - where you have been able to build capability across areas such as strategy, operational excellence, transformation or other initiatives. Key to this role is a strong analytical skill set, an interesting in supporting the evolution of the health care system and a capability to work collaboratively as a business partner across Member Health and more broadly across Medibank.
