Sydney Water have partnered with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) to deliver; design, construct, maintenance and facilities management services across the Southern Region of Sydney.

D4C is a consortium comprising of John Holland, Service Stream and WSP.

We are looking for experienced Skilled Labourers to join our expanding team to deliver excellence across the Southern Region.

**Primary Purpose**: To assist and perform specialized tasks in the construction and maintenance of newly constructed civil projects in our Networks and Treatment spaces.

**To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following**:

- Demonstrated minimum 2 years' experience in Civil Works Demonstrated experience in Civil Works (water; wastewater; underground infrastructureSector)
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be trustworthy, hard-working and take pride in your workwith a can-do attitude
- Have extensive experience with use of hand power tools
- Current drivers licence essential
- Have a WHS General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card)
- Physically fit and healthy and able to do manual labouring work

**Desirable skills and Qualifications**:

- (HR, HC or MR - highly desirable)
- Experience working with Tier 1/2 construction companies or similar
- Traffic Management, Confined Space, Working at Heights
- Experience with working around mobile plant and equipment
- Previous experience working on Sydney Water Projects

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Professional and courteous customer service capabilities to engage with customers on-site
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team, to achieve contract goals and objectives.

Operating Monday to Friday - 7am start - 40 hours per week, you will also support capital work projects.

We need your skills and expertise to help Sydney Water deliver a $34 billion dollar program over the next 10 years to build, maintain and protect the future of our iconic water resources.
