**About the Role**

As a skilled labourer with Ideal Labour Hire, you will be responsible for providing support to tradespeople on construction sites. Your responsibilities may include assisting with site preparation, operating machinery, loading and unloading materials, and performing other tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a labourer in the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on different tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Strong focus on safety

**Benefits**
- Competitive hourly rate with opportunities for overtime
- Base rate **$37** plus **$23 **daily travel allowance
- **$18** Daily meal allowance (After 9.5 hours worked)
- Overtime rates for the weekend, time and half for the first 2 hours at **$55.5** on Saturday then double time at **$74** for every other hour, and Sunday double time at **$74** for every hour.
