**What You Will Be Doing**

The Family Safety Contact Clinician provides supportive information, advocacy and connections, via referral, to specialist services to enhance safety and well-being for the partners, ex-partners, children and other family members of the men accessing Men’s Behaviour Change Program groups work at Peninsula Health.
The FSC Clinician works collaboratively with other team members to prioritize safety and wellbeing for women and children by providing outreach to family members to engage, undertake risk assessment and safety planning, provide clinically informed support and referrals, including access to other care, health promotion and education services, as requested.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- A relevant graduate qualification in Social Work or Psychology.

Psychologists require full registration with AHPRA.
Social Workers must be eligible for membership of the AASW.
- Strong experience in the provision of risk assessing, safety planning, case work or case management and advocacy with clients who have experienced family violence.
- Current Victorian drivers licence, Working with Children Check and a satisfactory police check.
