General Hand Fabricator/Factory Hand

Brief Description

Fabricating assembly of plastic components

**Key Tasks**

Cutting acrylic to size

Sanding & polishing acrylic

Fabricating

Cold bending/ Heat bending

Gluing acrylic

Cleaning work area

Cutting using router

Receiving stock/ re-stocking

Quality control

**Desirable Skills but Not Essential**

Machinery skills

Forklift

Computer skills

Experience in reading drawings

Experience in fabrication

Forklift license

Workplace safety/ OH&S

Training would be provided.
- You will assist in producing a wide range of plastic components using a variety of machinery and processes._
- While experience with working with plastics is not critical and eye for detail and using your time productively is important. Forklift license would be handy but not essential._
- This position is being offered as permanent full times although casual work would be considered._
