Role Summary
This Gardener role provides quality gardening services throughout the community to people with NDIS funding for gardening services. You'll be responsible for typical duties such as maintaining garden beds, raking and clearing outdoor areas, pruning flowers and shrubs, and more. In providing these services to our clients, you will play a key role in the overall excellence of our service delivery, by keeping their home and surrounds as tidy and good-looking as possible.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Weeding and maintaining garden beds
- Light pruning of shrubs and flowers
- Sweeping and clearing of garages/driveways
- Identifying potential risks and/or hazards

Skills, Attributes and Experience
We are hoping to find a lover of the outdoors who has a keeness for gardening work and owns their own equipment as a result of this. Most important will be your preparedness to impress your clients with your end product and customer service, so we are looking for a people-pleaser with a green thumb

**Key selection criteria includes**:

- Ownership of all required gardening tools and equipment.
- A valid WA licence and a reliable vehicle.
