- Assist clients across full spectrum - procurement, negotiation, contracting and delivery through to investment/ divestment and operations.
- Draft, develop & review large scale contractor procurement processes such Project deeds, Design & Construct Deeds, Construction Deeds, Managing Contractor Contracts, and Interface Agreements.
- Contribute to development and evaluation of large-scale contractor procurement processes, including legal and commercial evaluation of tenderers.
- Room to focus on construction law work streams within projects.
- Recent matters include the preparation, development and finalisation of a Construction Deed for a major interchange, a Managing Contractor Contract for site works for a major road project and managing a large-scale contractor procurement for a new motorway and drafting.
