This can be a full time or part time role.

**Role Aim/Purpose**:

- To support BlackRock’s APAC and Australian legal team through the provision of paralegal and administrative skills.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- ** Document review**: Assist in due diligence process and the issue of disclosure documentation such as product disclosure statements; review of basic legal documents, such as commercial contracts and capital market confirmations; legal research and consultations with Government and Regulators.
- ** Company Secretarial**: Assist with the company secretarial function, including preparation and collation of papers for Board meetings.
