**ABOUT US**
Complete Steering Australia provides commercial truck and bus steering services and products for North American and European makes.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Plan and schedule production for the workshop.
- Provide technical advice to customer's and OEMs.
- Perform quality checks with the workshop team.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers and OEMs.
- Lead, coach, train and assist the workshop team in daily duties.

**To be successful, you will have or be able to demonstrate strong aptitude in**:

- Fitter and turning experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Diesel mechanic qualification (preferred but not essential).
- Prior experience leading a team.
- Experience managing a workshop and/or production schedules.
- Strong communication and ability to prioritise work.
- Heavy vehicle licence.

This is a full-time ongoing leadership position, Monday to Friday 7.30 am - 4.00 pm.

Training in all aspects of the role can be provided working alongside the current supervisor before retirement, so applicants that may not have the formal qualifications but believe they are fast learners, have strong mechanical abilities, good leadership skills and a can-do attitude, are encouraged to apply.
