We are driven by a strong commitment to delivering impactful support that promotes independence, dignity, and meaningful community engagement.
**We are after support workers with experience in personal care, manual handling, and challenging behaviour.**
- **The Role and Responsibilities, may involve**:_
- Assisting participants with their NDIS goals and daily activities
- Breaking down everyday tasks, and helping them build a consistent routine
- **Assist with personal care, manual handling and challenging behaviours**:
- Plan and participate in community-focused activities
- Transport clients to appointments and outings
- Create an innovative approach to best interact with each participant's individual needs.
- **To be considered applicants must have**:_
- _Must have Personal Care experience_
- _Must be able to support clients with Challenging Behaviours_
- Good writing skills for all mandatory reports
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with a comprehensive car insurance
- Please be aware that all applicants will be required to undergo a screening process, which includes a NDIS Worker Screening Check, a Working with Children Check, a National Police Check passed to the employer satisfaction.
