The modern-day, 3rd Generation UH-60M Black Hawk helicopter is the world’s leading multi-role battlefield and special operations helicopter with a proven legacy of exceptional capability and reliability. **Your responsibilities will include**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process Technical Information Requests (TIR) in **Emerald2**:
- Investigate **Occurrence Reports** alongside the Engineering Management Unit (EMU)
- Convert **US Army safety messages** and **OEM service bulletins** into ADF-compatible formats for **CAMM2**:
- Communicate with **OEMs and the US Army** for technical guidance
- Analyse **Defect Reports** and manage **Condition Monitoring**:
- Review and convert **externally approved repairs** into ADF-compatible formats (Deviation Letters)
- Support **MRD Practitioners** in updating maintenance schedules, aircraft build structures, and ACRN sets
- Collaborate with logistics on **alternative sourcing** for items
- Assist Design Engineers with **Supplies Acceptance** for externally approved designs
- Provide input on **GSE, S&TE, ALSE**, and clearance processes for **Role Equipment and PEDs**
**About you**:
- You are an experienced aviation maintenance professional, ideally with a **Certificate IV or higher in Aeroskills - Mechanical**, and a strong background in **defence aviation** environments. You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrive in high-responsibility roles that require technical accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Strong working knowledge of **CAMM2**:
- Proven track record in a **similar aviation engineering or maintenance role**:
- High computer literacy, with advanced proficiency in **MS Office** and other analytical/reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to **interpret complex technical information and reports**
**Highly Desirable**:
- Prior experience within a **Defence System Program Office (SPO)**
**Special Requirements**:
