Experienced Dental Support Staff

We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist with some Dental Assisting background who can do different roles and step into clinical side as and when needed.
We are a Dental Practice operating in two locations in the South-side Brisbane (Beenleigh & Cleveland).
Work Hours: Mon to Friday regular office hours (working arrangement can be negotiated), 25% leave loading offered on hourly rate, 10.5% superannuation.
No late nights and week-end work It would be perfect for work-life balance.
The workplace is very conveniently located for people living in proximity or willing to travel a bit.
You will be joining a supportive work environment that has a strong emphasis on providing a high-quality service to their patients.
THE ROLE:
- Working in a close-knit team
- Perform a wide array of tasks that can change daily; Schedule appointments, handle billing responsibilities, patient recall and reminders, and collecting fees and settlement.
- Perform Chair-side duties.
- Will also help in infection control (steri-room duties) and other aspects of smooth clinical operation.
- Multi-tasking and willingness to jump in to help others.
BENEFITS:
- Paying between $28 - $33 per hour (We pay **above and beyond **ADA-HR pay guidelines, experience will be well rewarded)
- The above pay includes 25% leave loading.
- We also pay additional 10.5% Superannuation (additional to the above pay)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
**Salary**: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 36 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Rotating roster
**Experience**:
- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
