Limelight People are currently working with a public health service providing a comprehensive range of adult specialist medical, surgical, mental health and obstetric services in WA. The position provides social work case manager services to adult consumers of the Community Mental Health Service in a multidisciplinary team.

**Essential Selection Criteria**
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work and eligible for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers or the Society of Professional Social Workers.
- Knowledge and ability to implement a range of clinical social work interventions with adult consumers..
- Current knowledge of the Mental Health Act of WA.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Current drivers licence.
