They have an exciting opportunity for experienced Machine Operators/Crane Operators based in Forrestfield. This role is for an immediate start working either day or afternoon shift from Monday - Friday, and an hourly rate starting from $36.29 per hour inclusive of 25% casual loading plus shift penalties Applicable This role offers an opportunity to work in an environment with a strong safety culture.

**This opportunity involves but are not limited to the duties below**:

- Conducting pre-start checks on machinery
- Safe operation of machinery including overhead gantry crane and forklifts
- Ensuring accurate picking and packing of orders in line with the Dispatch requirements
- Stock breaking down and relocation into storage racks as required
- Following safety procedures when loading and unloading items from trucks and vehicles
- Safe manual handling of stock and the accurate reporting of damaged stock/equipment
- General housekeeping duties when required

**To be successful in a role with Programmed you must possess the following**:

- Overhead Crane experience
- Current High Risk Forklift Licence
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Experience in a similar role within the steel industry is desirable
- Be available for an immediate start
- Have a strong safety focus
- Able to pass a medical and drug & alcohol screen
