For this important role at least two years of previous experience are required and a Diploma in hospitality management is preferred but not essential.

We are looking for someone who likes to grow and thrives in a high pressure environment.

With full training and support from the owner, your duties will be but are not limited to:

- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
- Selling coffee and tea blends and brewing equipment, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods.
- Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
- Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
- Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with Front of the House and Back of the House.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction &Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Take reservations, greet guest and manage the bookings
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Open minded with high work ethics
- Strong administrative skills and POS system experience
- Deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Ensure food hygiene standards are adhered to and Ensuring the facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and in suitable appearance.

This full time position is for a driven individual who has hospitality as a full time passion. You must have a love for good food and to make the venue one of your own.
